I am based in the Nambucca Valley, on the mid north coast of NSW. I work from a clinic in Nambucca Heads two days a week, and am available for home visits at other times by arrangement.
You can make an appointment via phone, email or text message directly with me. You can also use my online booking enquiry form by clicking here!
For mobile consultations, it is a requirement that I speak to you prior to the appointment to discuss access to your home or workplace.
No, you do not require a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist, unless you are seeking your treatment costs to be covered by;
For mobile consultations, all you need to provide is a small space indoors for me to set up. All equipment is provided.
For clinic consultations, simply bring yourself!
It is recommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Please bring any referral paperwork, X-rays and/or scans to your appointment (if you have them).
My usual work days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday, between 8.30am-6.30pm.
I offer mobile payment options if you have a debit or credit card, otherwise cash or cheque is also accepted. Payment is appreciated on the day of the appointment.
You will receive a receipt via email which can be submitted to your health fund to receive your rebate if you have extras cover.
