What to Expect
A gentle group exercise class, aimed for people over 60 years of age, who are looking to improve their balance, flexibility and fitness. Incorporating elements of tai chi, chair-based yoga, and resistance training, this class is enjoyable, effective and social (and we often enjoy a cuppa afterwards!)
